I had a very disappointing experience with this supplier. They sent me an order that did not match the sample I approved. When I brought this issue to their attention, they offered to produce a replacement batch but insisted I cover the shipping costs. I agreed to this arrangement to resolve the problem.
However, as soon as my Trade Assurance complaint was closed, the supplier stopped communicating altogether. They ignored my messages and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes.
This supplier cannot be trusted. They do not honor their commitments and will cut off communication once they believe they are no longer held accountable. I strongly advise against doing business with this supplier.
